return policy
Your BAG44 purchase will be inspected prior to shipment to ensure it matches your design specifications. Because our bags are hand made, there may be slight variations in sizes.
BAG44 is not responsible for damage caused by attempted cleaning, dry cleaning, or normal wear and tear of your bag. There are no returns or refunds for custom designed purses that match the specifications of your order. All sales are final. If you find a problem or defect in the construction of your bag, we will repair or remake the bag at no cost to you. The problem must be reported within the first fourteen days of receiving your BAG44 product.

shipping process
Your BAG44 purchase will be shipped via the United States Postal Service, FedEx or UPS. Shipping and handling costs will depend on the weight and destination of your purchases. Depending on your location, your BAG44 purchase may be hand-delivered by your party host or a BAG44 representative. You should receive your BAG44 purchases within 4-6 weeks of placing your order. Although you may receive your merchandise before this time, we want to make sure to allow sufficient time for your handbag to be individually cut and sewn. We will contact you if we have questions or a problem regarding your BAG44 order.
payment options
BAG44 will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, money orders and personal checks. At this time we do not accept on-line payments, however we do plan to implement this functionality in the future.
At the time your order is received, you will be contacted to advise you of the availability of your handbag order and to arrange payment. We do not process your check or credit card until your handbag is ready for shipment.
